Doodslag, gepleegd om diefstal of afpersing te vergemakkelijken of om de straffeloosheid ervan te verzekeren, wordt gestraft met (levenslange opsluiting). <W 1996-07-10/42, art. 15, 018; Inwerkingtreding : 11-08-1996>
